How We Clear Your Land
First, we walk the lot and mark what stays and what goes. An excavator with a bucket and hydraulic thumb handles trunks and specified stumps. Loader and root-rake work gathers the debris. We haul or process it as agreed; grading is a separate step.
Tampa Trees and Brush
Live oaks, laurel oaks, slash pines and cabbage palms are part of the local landscape. Underneath, you may find saw palmetto, vines and Brazilian pepper thickets. We match the method to the growth and protect retained trees. Grand trees, wetlands and habitat areas need review before clearing.
Land Clearing Questions, Clear Answers.
Do I need approval before clearing my Tampa property?+
Start with the actual address. City of Tampa and unincorporated Hillsborough County have different processes. Tree approval and land-alteration approval are separate questions. For a new home in the county, clearing and grading are reviewed with the building project. Confirm the scope before equipment arrives.
What happens to the brush and debris?+
Bush-hogging cuttings and forestry mulch normally stay on the property. For clearing and tree removal, we agree on hauling, stump work and any material left on-site. Those details belong in your quote.
How long will the work take?+
A light field cut may take a few hours. Dense brush, larger trees and hauling can take several days. Access, weather and ground conditions matter too. We give you a schedule after reviewing the property and the work.
